Dr. Arthur Kwan, DMD graduated from Boston University School Of Dental Medicine. His wife and partner, Dr. Sally Hsu, DDS graduated from The University Of Southern California. Both Dr. Kwan and Dr. Hsu are highly regarded in the field of cosmetic dentistry, and believe in delivering dental care in a gentle, caring manner. They have worked hard to establish themselves as pre-eminent dentists in their chosen field.

They are both active members in:

Both doctors have and continue to train at LVI (The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry), the world's premier postgraduate dental training center.

Dr. Sally Hsu, DDS has received recognition from fellow healthcare professionals and has been listed in the National Registry for Executive and Professional Women in Healthcare, list of who's who in different medical fields.

The National Consumer's Research Council has also nominated both Dr. Kwan and Dr. Hsu as two of America's Top Dentists. In addition to this, both doctors participate in SMILE, a program developed by Women In Need Foundation (WIN). Through the SMILE program, women who are the victims of domestic and physical abuse receive education to help them get back on their feet.

Also, Dr. Arthur Kwan and Dr. Hsu have been featured in numerous media publications, such as New Beauty magazine, Sacramento Magazine, and KXTV Sacramento News 10 where he has shared his insights about the most current cosmetic dentistry trends and techniques.

Lastly, Dr. Kwan has donated his time and services to the Mrs. Globe Pageant. Dr. Kwan performed a smile makeover on Shanon Glezen, Ms. East Coast. Mrs. Globe is the biggest fundraiser for the WIN Foundation. In 2007, Dr. Kwan and Dr. Hsu will act as judges at the Mrs. Globe pageant. Dr. Kwan is the official dentist of the Mrs. Globe Organization.
